Airsoft Gas Pistols

In most cases gas operated handguns resembles very well with real handguns, sometimes it's really hard to tell apart between them. The principle is simple: GAS is stored in a special designated compartment, integrated in the replica itself or in it's magazine, and for each trigger pull a small quantity of GAS is released, thus the BB is shot from the replica. For better realism, most of the GAS operated replicas have a blow-back action of the slide, which simulates the recoil of the real handguns. Airsoft handguns are divided into two main categories: GBB which means Gas-Blow-Back thus having recoil effect, and GNB Gaz-Non-Blow'Back usually with fixed slide and no recoil effect. The main disadvantage of Gas pistols is that at low temperatures, gas properties alters and their operation becomes difficult; lower speeds and lower recoil effect.
